Thin film designs are deposited with Ion Beam Sputtering (IBS), Leybold APS or Ion-Assisted E-beam (IAD) deposition systems to ensure that the coatings meet your required optical performance, laser damage threshold and environmental stability.

Clean room facilities ensure compliance with your most demanding surface quality requirements. High performance optical filter coatings are deposited on wafers, custom optics, polymers, fibers, crystals, semiconductors, garnet and glass substrates up to 200mm in diameter.

ECI’s design team is always available to work with you to identify the optimum design for your system. Sample designs can be generated to illustrate the theoretical coating performance for your particular angle of incidence, substrate, incident medium and wavelength region.
