ECI supplies protected and enhanced metal mirror coatings for front or back surface reflection deposited at process temperatures below 50ºC. These films provide excellent environmental properties and meet the durability requirements of MIL-M-13508C on most polymer substrates.
ECI’s low-temperature protected and enhanced Gold and Aluminum metal mirror coatings are designed for deposition onto:

Typical Metal Mirror coatings for polymer substrates:
coating performance is optimized for 0° A.O.I. and front surface reflection unless otherwise noted
ECI # 800P Protected Aluminum reflects light over a wide wavelength range. Front surface reflectivity typically exceeds 85% in the visible region.
ECI # 801P Protected UV Aluminum is a special broadband design that reflects down to 200nm. The average reflectance typically exceeds 85%.
ECI # 802P Enhanced Aluminum increases the performance over the standard protected Al within a specified wavelength region. A custom enhanced design can be created for your specific wavelength and reflection requirements. Illustrated below are a few examples.
